Centralizing Resources for Parkinson's Disease

Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is a progressive neurological disorder that severely impacts motor function, cognitive health, and overall quality of life. With nearly one million Americans affected, the need for accessible, comprehensive care is critical. However, significant disparities exist in the availability and quality of care.

Project P.A.T.H. aims to address these inequities by bridging gaps in access, support, and education for Parkinson’s patients.

Our web platform includes resources such as medication cost tools, transportation support, health education, symptom trackers, and referrals to free or low-cost care.
